Shipping and Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends on current stock availability:

In-stock items: We dispatch immediately (usually within 24 hours).

Out-of-stock items: These exclusive pieces are custom-made just for you. They will first be sewn in our workshops in Paris or Milan and dispatched immediately after completion.

Returns and Complaints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within the statutory 14-day period or initiate a complaint procedure. We have introduced a simplified return process via Packeta (Zásilkovna), which can be completed in three easy steps:

1. Packaging the goods

Our packaging solutions are designed with ecological sustainability and customer convenience in mind. Each box or shipping bag includes secondary adhesive tape. Simply place the goods back into their original packaging, remove the protective tape, and securely seal them. No additional boxes or adhesive materials are needed. We kindly ask that you open the original package carefully to preserve the second adhesive strip for potential reuse.

2. Filling out the return/complaint form

To ensure accurate identification of your package and prompt processing of your refund, please download our PDF form, print it, fill in the required details, and place it inside the package. Without this document, we are unable to match the returned goods to your order.

3. Dropping off at a Packeta (Zásilkovna) branch

Take the sealed package to any designated Packeta drop-off/submission point.

At the counter, inform the staff of our unique return code: 95175632

The staff will print a shipping label and affix it to the package.

Note: This service is completely free of charge for the customer; all return shipping costs are covered by our company. Please make sure to keep the shipping confirmation/submission slip issued by the staff.

Refund Process

Upon delivery to our warehouse, the goods will undergo inspection. The corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
